In order to enrich the cultural life at West International and break away from the traditional team-building model, West International planned and executed this LARP activity. The aim was to ensure that every member of the company could participate, stepping away from the office environment, and embarking on an adventure with new roles and different teammates.

　　December 2023 East China LARP Activity

　　On December 9, 2023, colleagues gathered in the picturesque Zhujiajiao Ancient Town to participate in the unique "Three Thousand Li Chang'an" LARP activity.

　　At the beginning of the team-building activity, we familiarized ourselves with the game rules and were randomly divided into five groups through a counting process. Each group represented famous caravans from the Tang Dynasty era, including the Dali caravan, Loulan caravan, Turkic caravan, Persian caravan, and Dayue caravan. Each participant assumed a unique role, such as Elder, Military Strategist, Spy, Accountant, Guard, and more. Individual and collective tasks were carried out in parallel, with teams working together to complete treasure-hunting missions, initiating a storm of strategic thinking!

　　In addition to online problem-solving and clearance tasks, there were also various engaging offline NPC missions. The entire team-building activity was filled with fun, and all team members were fully engaged. Through deduction, communication, collaboration, and other methods, we tackled a series of complex problems and challenges, all while enjoying the brain-teasing fun.

　　Colleagues actively participated, fully utilizing their intelligence and teamwork abilities. Through cooperation with teammates, we successfully solved many complex problems and ultimately emerged victorious in the competition.

During this LARP activity, each partner fully utilized their strengths, demonstrating their excellent expression abilities and meticulous thinking logic. Through this team-building experience, company employees gained a better understanding of each other, fostering greater team cohesion and friendship.
